Real Wedding: Leslie and Wil

Married at the Courthouse! Congratulations Leslie and Wil! We enjoyed getting the chance to head back to Nashville, Tennessee and work with this sweet, fun couple. Their wedding ceremony was the first to be held at the new Public Square Park in downtown Nashville. The park was absolutely beautiful with its fountains, reflection pools and beautiful landscaping. It almost felt like an oasis tucked in amongst the tall buildings and we absolutely loved the combination of those elements. Guests were transported via trolley to the nearby Sommet Center where they danced the night away to a rockin 80's band and enjoyed fun treats including a fajita bar and mini tuna burgers! Thanks to Meishach with Sonrise Photography for the great photos below! http://www.sonrisephoto.com/
The hydrangea element was introduced with the invitatons and was carried through all the stationary elements including the programs, thank you cards and favor tags. Hydrangeas were used in the bridesmaid bouquets and centerpieces as well.
Hundreds of butterflys were released after the ceremony in honor of the bride's grandmother
Carry Ann, an extremely talented florist, did a great job with the decor and personal flowers! http://www.freshbycarryann.com/

The groom, a very gifted triathlete, chose cookie cakes for his groom's cake depicting the swim, bike, run logos of his favorite sport.
The bride chose Dunkin Donuts muffins as the favor and we packaged them up individually with a custom tag that read - "sweet dreams"

Real Wedding

Check out one of the recent weddings we planned in Sarasota, Florida at the Lido Beach Resort. Sarasota has so much to offer, guests were able to lounge at the pool or by the beach, shop or grab a bite to eat in St. Armand's Circle and really enjoy themselves all weekend long.
Thanks to JD Fine Art Photography and Gill Photography for the pictures below.

Upon check in the guests received custom monogrammed beach totes that served as their welcome bags. They were packed full of treats including a beach ball, sunscreen, margarita kit, advil, coozie, Florida postcard, salt water taffy, key lime coolers and much more.

Andrea with Paper Presence designed the beautiful custom stationary.
The sunset ceremony was absolutely gorgeous with tunes from Dean Miller on his acoustic guitar. The couple chose Stephen Lortz to officiate and he was absolutely fabulous!

Bridesmaids carried parasols instead of flowers and their adorable j.crew dresses were comfortable and cool. Not to mention they could actually wear them again! Bonus!

The Groomsmen wore tan suits and orange ties from Jos A. Banks.

Guests danced the night away in the sunset terrace room to the tunes of DJ Wayne Delair with Delair Entertainment, no cheese here - there wasn't a hokey pokey or YMCA in sight! The cake was absolutely delicious, thanks to Slice of Heaven for their great work. We're talking chocolate with caramel mousse filling, vanilla with lemon filling, key lime cake with key lime filling, vanilla with raspberry filling and vanilla with Pina Colada filling. Delish! The guests were in for a surprise when the smell of french fries, onion rings and hamburgers filled the room around midnight. No send off was planned so an impromptu rolling of the bride and groom to the elevator on a luggage rack was the grand finale, a perfect ending to an incredibly fun night!
